Guy R. Kunkel
Guy R. Kunkel, 77, a former resident, died Sunday morning in Baton Rouge, La., following an extended illness.
He was born here, a son of John Charles and Margaret Snyder Kunkel and he attended Rocky Grove schools. He was formerly employed in the gro­cery business.
Mr. Kunkel was married to the former Mabel Smith of Mississippi and she survives along with three sisters, Mrs. C. A. (Nellie) McMunn of Anaheim, Calif.; Mrs. Ralph (Beulah) Baker of Santa Ana, Calif., and Mrs. Glenn R. (Gertrude) Miles of 1007 Elk St.
Funeral services and burial will be in Baton Rouge Tuesday.
