Myers. Vernon J(udson), 82, of Otter St., Franklin died Thursday in McMurray Invalid Home in Utica, Crawford Co., PA. He was the son of the late Solomon A. and Katherine Weaver Myers, born in Rockland 31 Jan 1866. He was married in Oil City 13 Sept 1890 to Mary Ida Koch, who died in 1922. He was a Methodist and is survived by five daughters (listed) and one sister Mrs. C. E. Stephens of Nickleville.

Myers, Mrs. Mary Ida, 54, wife of Vernon J. Myers, died at her home on Elk St. Saturday. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Koch, Van, this county, where she was born April 12, 1868. On Sept 13, 1890 she was married to Vernon J. Myers. They made their home in Emlenton for 8 years, and 24 years ago came to Franklin. She was a member of the First M. E. Church. Besides her husband she leaves 5 daughters: Mrs. Clyde (Claude) Gelvin, Mrs. Richard Fleming, Misses Catherine and Rosemary Myers, all of Franklin; Mrs. Maurice Stevenson of Titusville, her aged mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Koch of Oil City, and 3 sisters: Misses Harriett and Clara Koch of Oil City and Mrs. Fred McCall.
