General Notes: Husband - John T. Kinter


Civil War: he served in company I, 135th Pennsylvania volunteers, and was a second lieutenant in company B, 67th Pennsylvania volunteers.
He later resided on the old family homestead in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. He engaged in 1864 in the mercantile business at Chambersville, and in 1867 located in the same line at Kintersburg, where he continued merchandising.
