General Notes: Husband - Lewis Arner


He settled in Tionesta, Forest County, Pennsylvania, in 1856, and en­gaged in lumbering.
In 1884, he was elected associate judge of Forest County; he served three successive terms, during which time no licenses to sell liquors were is­sued in that county.
