General Notes: Husband - George Weymouth Hutchinson

After completing the curriculum of the public schools he entered the State College of Maine, from which he was graduated as a member of the class of 1893. Soon after his graduation he came to Greensburg, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, and entered the employ of the Keystone Coke & Coal Company. His expert technical knowledge fit him for the work which he had in hand as mining engineer for the company, a position which he has held beginning in 1894. In a fraternal way he was identified with Ancient Free and Accepted Masons; and Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. In politics he gave an unqualified allegiance to the Republican party, and while taking much interest in the party cause he has never sought public office of any description.
