General Notes: Husband - James Williamson Young


He attended the public schools until about twenty years of age and then farmed until 1896, on the old homestead on which he was born. He engaged in the manufacture of jelly, cider and vinegar on his farm. The farm which he occupied contained thirty-eight acres and was styled “The Young Farm.” Mr. Young was a Republican in politics.
