General Notes: Husband - James Howe


He was brought up and attended school in Farmington township, Clarion County, Pennsylvania, and he learned the trade of carpenter. He later lived at Grove City, Mercer County. While he resided in Farmington township he held the office of school director. He was a Democrat, and a member of the Presbyterian church.
