General Notes: Husband - Samuel Stover


He was a carpenter, well known as a boat builder and barn builder in Clarion County, PA. A Republican in his political views and a Methodist in religious doctrine, he was a sincere Christian and active in church work.

He and his wife were both born in Venango County, PA. After their marriage they removed to Clarion County, where he was engaged in the lumber business many years. They were members of the Methodist church at Callensburg.
