General Notes: Husband - Isaac Holloway

He and his wife came from Washington County, Pennsylvania, [to Mercer County] about 1803. They forded the Allegheny River at Pittsburgh, and at the time there was but one house, a log one, long known as the Robinson house, on the west side of the river, where that part of the city formerly known as Allegheny would later stand.
