General Notes: Husband - Eli Holeman


He was reared and educated in Tionesta township, Forest County, Pennsylvania. He followed farming the most of his life, but for several years was in the mercantile business in the town of Tionesta, which place was his residence beginning in 1880. He was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church. He served one term as county auditor. Politically he was an advocate of Prohibition.
