General Notes: Husband - David Price

---

He spent two years in North Carolina, building railroads, and in 1840 located in what later became Worth Township, Mercer County, PA, and in 1852 settled on a farm in Deer Creek Township later owned by his grand­son, D. A. Price. He was a prominent Democrat, and received the nomina­tion for county commissioner in 1856. He was trustee and steward of the Mount Hope Methodist Episcopal Church for many years.
