Robert L. Hazlett
Robert L. Hazlett, 63, of Oil City RD 2 died at 9:30 p.m. Friday at the Clarion Care Center in Clarion following a lengthy illness.
Born June 13, 1930, in Oil City, he was a son of the late Boyd T. and Martha Beatty Hazlett.
On June 25, 1951, he married the former Margaret Anthony, who survives.
Mr. Hazlett lived in Oil City all his life.
He worked for 20 years as a chemical operator for Koppers, retiring in 1976.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, William B. Hazlett and Robert T. Hazlett, both of Oil City; a step-daughter, Kathleen Allen of Warren; two sisters, Violet M. Anthony and Mary Jane Graff, both of Oil City; and two grandsons.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Boyd Eugene Hazlett Jr., Thomas Hazlett and William Hazlett.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Louis H. Osenider Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Rudy Perisich of the Kingdom Hall in Seneca will officiate.
Interment will be in the Fertigs Cemetery.
