General Notes: Husband - Addison Hazlett

He was born in Washington County, Pennsylvania. He was reared in his native place, educated in the local schools, and remained there until he had reached the age of twenty years. He then entered the profession of teaching and continued therein until the year 1876, when he abandoned teaching and migrated west. He settled in the state of Kansas and engaged in farming and stock raising for fourteen years. In 1890 he returned to Washington, where he remained until the year 1913, successfully conducting a farm. He later resided in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
