General Notes: Husband - Aaron Schantz Young

He lived at Harmony, Pennsylvania, from the age of seven to fifteen years, at that time going to Pittsburgh, where he learned the carpenter's trade and worked at this for fifteen years in that city, after which he came to Jackson Township, Butler County, and bought the old family farm. He took a great deal of interest in improving the old place, which was a fine tract of land, and set out an orchard; this, with his vineyards, covered about fifteen acres.
