General Notes: Husband - William A. Lusk


He continued to live under the parental roof until his own marriage. When fifteen years of age he learned the carpenter trade, at which he worked for fifteen years, and for some ten years he engaged in threshing. The remainder of his mature life was devoted to agricultural pursuits. In 1892 he purchased a farm from which his father-in-law, seventy-two acres, situated in Little Beaver Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, lying near its eastern limit. He became a successful general farmer and stock shipper.
In politics Mr. Lusk was a stanch Republican. Both he and his wife were members of the Reformed Presbyterian Church.
