In 1906 he was admitted to the University of Pittsburgh, and at the end of four years he graduated from that institution with the title of M. D. For one year following he served as interne in the Allegheny General Hospital. In 1911 he located at 3725 Brighton Road, North Side, Pittsburgh, for the practice of medicine.
