General Notes: Husband - David Porter Stephens


He was educated in the public schools of Washington township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, became a farmer and owned one hundred and forty-five acres of land in the township on which he conducted general farming operations. In politics he was a Prohibitionist and held several town offices.
