General Notes: Husband - James McKnight


He died in February, 1876. [HVC 1890, 860]
His mother died when he was seven years old, and a short time afterward he left Pennsylvania for Ohio with relatives, with whom he made his permanent home. At the age of twenty-one he established a marble works at Hayesville, OH, subsequently at Mansfield, OH, with branches at Hayesville, Ashland and Upper Sandusky, and was in the business until his death. He was an Odd Fellow, and an active member of the Methodist Episcopal Church.
