General Notes: Husband - Daniel Greenawalt


After marriage, he settled on what was known as the "Brown's Ferry tract" of land, situated on the Youghiogheny River, in Sewickley township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, containing one hundred and ninety-six acres.
He was an earnest member of Salem Baptist church, founded in 1792 and eight miles distant from his home.


Notes: Marriage

The marriage ceremony was performed by the Rev. Mungo Dick, and his address to the young couple on this occasion is said to have occupied one hour.
