General Notes: Husband - Robert E. Gosser

He attended public school in Gilpin township, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, and assisted upon the home farm during his youth. Coming to Leechburg, he began work at the sheet mill, and by industry and efficiency advanced himself to the position of sheet roller, which he held beginning in 1897. He was a skilled workman and trusted by his employers. Like his family generally, he was an active member of the community in which he lived, and served as a councilman of Leechburg, to which office he was elected in 1909. In politics he was a Democrat, in religion a member of the Lutheran Church. Socially he belonged to Leechburg Lodge, No. 577, F. & A. M.
