General Notes: Husband - Abraham Good

He was born near Frankstown, Blair County, Pennsylvania, and came with his parents to Indiana County in 1832, growing up on his father's farm. Several years after his marriage he settled on a farm north of Dayton, and there followed farming successfully the remainder of his days. He became the owner of two large farms near Dayton in Wayne township (one besides his home place), comprising 250 acres, and was a substantial and influential citizen. He was active in the local government, serving his township as school director, constable and overseer of the poor. He was an earnest member of the Glade Run Presbyterian Church, which he served as trustee and elder, and in political connection was a Republican.

He was continually administrator and executor of various estates for many years.
