General Notes: Husband - Joseph Goehring

Cranberry Twp, Butler Co, PA

His youth was spent on the homestead farm, and his schooling was obtained by a few weeks attendance during the winter season at the district log school house. On the death of his father he continued to carry on the farm, and assisted his mother in rearing the family. After his marriage he settled on Brush creek, resided there until 1884, and then located on another farm, which contained 100 acres of well improved land, and substantial buildings, all of which he erected. He was a Democrat, was a member of the school board in his township, and was well known as an oil producer and practical farmer.

General Notes: Wife - Eva Catherine Wagner

She came to the United States with her parents in early childhood. They settled in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, thence removed to Beaver County.
