General Notes: Husband - William Procious

He was of German descent, and was born in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. He settled in what is now Mahoning (then Red Bank) township, Armstrong County, in 1840, purchasing 105 acres of land in the northeastern part of the township, which was then nothing but a wilderness. He cleared and improved his tract, and died there.
