General Notes: Husband - John Riddle

He and his brother, Robert, came to America from the north of Ireland about 1767. They first stopped [in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania?] with Charles Wilson, whose wife was their aunt. They both served in the Revolutionary War.
After the close of the war he married, and settled on land where "Burnt Cabin Summit" is, later owned by Thomas McQuaid.
