General Notes: Husband - Robert Scott

He and his wife settled and spent their days on a farm on the pike from Wellsburg, Virginia, to Washington, Pennsylvania, where they kept a tavern and store, and worked their large and fertile farm. Both were very useful members of the Methodist Episcopal Church, and were the means of building the Franklin meeting house.
