General Notes: Husband - Patrick Campbell


He was a native of Scotland, who settled in Franklin County, PA, but little of his early history is known to his descendants in Butler County.

Two of his sons were in the Revolutionary war, were captured by the British and died as prisoners on an English prison ship in New York harbor.
