General Notes: Husband - Dr. Weston William Lasher


He received a common school education, and completed his studies at Tarentum Academy. He afterwards commenced the study of medicine, attended lectures at the Baltimore Medical College and subsequently at West Penn Medical College, graduating from the latter institution in March, 1893. He took charge of the practice of his uncle, Dr. W. T. Hall, of Tarentum, during the latter's absence in Europe, and located at Saxonburg, Butler County, in August, 1893.

He was educated in the public schools of Tarentum, also the academy there. He then took a preparatory course in medicine at Baltimore Medical College, Baltimore, Maryland. In 1893 he received his degree as Doctor of Medicine at Western University of Pennsylvania at Pittsburgh. He immediately engaged in practice at Saxonburg, where he became widely known as a capable physician and surgeon. He was identified with the Butler County Medical Society, the Pennsylvania State Medical Society, and the American Medical Association. He was affiliated with all branches of the Masonic Lodge, and also belonged to the Elks Lodge, Knights of Pythias, and Independent Order of Odd Fellows. In politics Doctor Lasher was a Republican.
