General Notes: Husband - Agnew Moore


He and his wife were born, reared and married in Centre County, Pennsylvania. There they remained until 1878, when they removed to Missoula, Montana, where he engaged in contracting and building until his death, when he was aged sixty-four years. He was one of the prominent and influential citizens of the place, a leader in the ranks of the Democracy, and serving as alderman at the time of his death. He held membership in the Methodist Episcopal Church, to which his wife also belonged.
He and his wife had eleven children; three died in infancy.
