General Notes: Husband - Edwin James Friggle

He was born on the farm of his father in Cranberry Township, Venango County, PA, where he was reared. Like his brothers, he was educated in the public schools of the home locality, and he was in partnership with them in the production of oil and well drilling, doing his share in the promotion of the business. Besides his interests at the home place he owned a farm of 165 acres at Cooperstown, Venango County, to whose management he devoted part of his time, and he had a fine home at what was known as the Valley Extension of Franklin, which he built in 1903. He was active in local affairs, served as member of the election board, and took a keen interest in the general welfare. He was a Methodist in religious connection.
