General Notes: Husband - Thomas Foster


He was born in County Donegal, Ireland, and coming to America with his family in about 1822, settled in what later became Wayne township, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. Here he spent the remainder of his life.
In the early days they raised their own flax and wool, and wove it into cloth for their clothing. Mr. Foster was a member of the Protestant Episcopal Church in Wayne township.
