General Notes: Husband - James T. Foster


He was born in Sandycreek Township, Venango County, PA, and received his education in the public schools there and at the Iron City College, Pittsburgh, PA. Going to Pittsburgh in early manhood he remained there for thirteen years, during which period he was associated with the National Tube Company. Upon his return to his native county he joined his father at Franklin and thereafter was engaged with him in the production of oil. He was a member of the M. E. Church.
