General Notes: Husband - Cyrus B. Fisher


He had a common and normal school education and taught six terms of school, one of them as principal of the Texas schools near Mt. Pleasant, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. In 1883 he became one of the principal stockholders of the Sewickley Cooperative Association, of which he was the manager during the first year of its existence, and when it was sold to the Sewickley Supply Company Mr. Fisher was made manager. In politics he was rather independent. He belonged to the Reformed church, while his wife was a Presbyterian.
