He attended the public schools and was graduated from Butler, Pennsylvania, High School in 1919, and then entered Washington and Jefferson College. He was graduated from Westminster College with the degree of A. B. in 1925. After leaving college he became associated with his uncle, A. L. Findley, in the real estate and insurance business in Butler.
Mr. Findley was a member of the Kappa Phi Lambda fraternity and a member of the B. P. O. Elks, No. 170, Butler, Pennsylvania.
