General Notes: Husband - Michael Fennel

He was born in Northampton County, Pennsylvania, and in 1812 moved to Westmoreland County, settling in Salem township. A part of his farm was set apart for the erection of two churches and the place became known as Fenneltown, many families of that name being resident in the neighborhood.

He lived on a farm, situated in the little valley which opened into the Loyalhanna creek, about one mile distant from the Wolfe property, in Salem township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
