General Notes: Husband - John C. Fasenmyer

He acquired a good education in the schools of Jamestown and Fryburg, Clarion County, Pennsylvania. He served as postmaster at the latter place for four years, and beginning in boyhood was interested in the hotel business, being therefore well qualified to assist his father in carrying on the "Commercial Hotel." On coming to New Bethlehem in 1892, he was first engaged in business with Thomas Fleckenstine, but later he and his father formed a partnership. He was an ardent Democrat in politics.
