Mrs. Florence Huff Farringer, 83, of 163 Siverly Ave., Oil City, wife of William Arnold Farrin-ger, died at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday in the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Morrison, 603 Central Ave., Oil City.
She was born in Hill City Nov. 5, 1899, a daughter of William Perry and Emma Hill Huff.
Mrs. Farringer was a member of the Evangelical Tabernacle, Cooperstown.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Elizabeth F. Sheakley of Emlenton, Mrs. Kenneth F. (Edith) Duffy of Sharpsville and Mrs. William (Helen) Morrison of Oil City; one grandson, David K. Duffy of Pittsburgh; four grand-daughters, Beverly A. Duffy of Anaheim, Calif., Mrs. Nathan D. (Elaine) Gibson of Santa Ana, Calif., Diane E. Sheakley of Bogota, Colombia, and Mrs. Isaac S. (Denise) Caudill of Westfield, Ind.; and one great-granddaughter, Ellisa Renee Duffy of Pittsburgh.
Mrs. Farringer was preceded in death by six brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Thursday in the Morrison Funer-al Home, Oil City, where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home with the Rev. Don Wardlaw, pastor of the Evangelical Tabernacle, Cooperstown, officiating.
Interment will follow in Brandon Cemetery.
