General Notes: Husband - James Graham Wallace

He was born on his father's farm in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. June 1, 1863, he enlisted in the army for the war between the wtates, and was discharged June 13, 1865, with vigor of constitution somewhat impaired. The following September he went with his father and family to Iowa, and gave his time and attention to farming near St. Mary's, in Warren County.
His habits of action and thought were quiet and retiring, however he was chosen several times to serve as Justice of the Peace. He united with the United Presbyterian Church very early in life.
