General Notes: Husband - Edward Means

---

He was reared to manhood and married. He then located at the village of Fordham at the terminus of the Pennsylvania & Northwestern railroad on Mahoning creek, and there cleared and developed a farm, following lumbering in connection with agricultural pursuits. For a number of years he also engaged in merchandising, but his last days were spent in retirement on his farm.
