Last Rites for Frank Lusher Held Thursday
Frank Lusher of Kapaa died at the Wilcox Memorial Hospital around 7:00 the evening of August 14, at the age of 83.
Services for Mr. Lusher were held Thursday by the Ven. Norman Alter of All Saints' Church and were followed by burial at the Lihue cemetery.
Mr. Lusher was born March 31, 1867 in Pennsylvania and was a retired engineer with the Santa Fe railroad.
Surviving are three sons, two daughters, two sisters, as well as eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
The sons are Harry Lusher of Kapaa, Edward Lusher of Seattle, Washington, and William Lusher of Pennsylvania. The daughters are Mrs. Lillian Russell of Portland, Oregon and Mrs. Genevieve Stephenson of Coeur D'Alene, Idaho.

Frank Lusher, 82 Dies in Hawaii
Ray Lusher received word this week of the death of his brother, Frank Lusher, 82, which occurred Monday, Aug. 4, at the home of his son, Harry at Valley House Kapaa, Hawaii, where he had made his home for the past year.
He is survived by three sons and two daughters, also a sister, Mrs. O. W. Pollard of American Falls, Idaho. Mr. Lusher was born and resided in Wayne county for a number of years.


General Notes: Wife - Elizabeth Eaton


She was born an Eaton (mother was Mollie Storms, who married an Eaton?) Her mother's second husband was named Hadley. When she was in her teens, she went to live with an uncle, Dr. Dickinson (E. J. Dickinson? in Corydon, IA?) She had a half-brother, Dr. Fred Hadley and a relative named Eaton (Cyrus Eaton?) who lived in Imperial Valley, California. She died of tuberculosis.

LUSHER.-At 443 west Fifth South, Oct. 15, 1910, of consumption. Elizabeth Lusher, wife of Frank Lusher, in her 43rd year. Native of Michigan.
The remains are at the funeral parlors of Joseph William Taylor, 25 south West Temple street.
