General Notes: Husband - Robert Moore

He came to America when a young man and settled in either Venango or Butler County, Pennsylvania, and remained there until his death. His widow brought her family to Venango County, living at the place later occupied by her grandson, Robert J. Moore, the second farm east of William J. Moore's. They were the first permanent settlers in that vicinity and the sons cleared up the land and made a good home, the mother remaining there until her death, at an advanced age. [CAB, 1033]

General Notes: Wife - Mary Eakin

Another source gives her husband's name as Sam Mark.
