General Notes: Husband - Frank Wilson

Of Irish descent, at an early date he became a "squatter" on land in Penn township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, known as the Morgan tract, which his son farmed. He experienced numerous thrilling adventures with the savage inhabitants of the locality, two of the brothers of his wife, Mary (Duff) Wilson, meeting their deaths at the hands of Indians.
