General Notes: Husband - Henry A. Drake

Civil War: He enlisted at the age of twenty years in the Twelfth Regiment Pennsylvania Cavalry, serving three years and seven months; he participated in the battles of Bull Run, Winchester, Antietam, South Mountain and several others.
After the was he returned to his home in Erie County, Pennsylvania, August, 1865, and engaged in the manufacture of shovel handles, which he continued in for several years, and in 1877 moved to Crawford County, where he engaged in the operation of a sawmill and manufacturing of staves, handles, etc.
