General Notes: Husband - Zephaniah Double


He came to Butler County, PA, with his parents, in boyhood. They settled in what is now Brady township, where he was reared, married, and settled on a farm. He subsequently removed to Warren County, lived there three years, and then returned to Butler County, settling in Donegal township in 1864. Later he removed to Millerstown, where he died. He was a Democrat, and filled the offices of assessor, collector, constable, and school director at various periods. He was the father of nine children.
